Required for April 2018 – Summer Term

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly skilled and committed teacher to join the Maths Department at St. Hild’s Church of England School.

St. Hild’s is a rapidly improving 11-16 Church of England School. The successful candidate will join St. Hild’s Church of England School on our journey towards achieving our shared vision of delivering a world class education to all of our pupils. This was recently recognised by OFSTED:

“There is a positive and optimistic outlook for the future among pupils and staff at all levels.”

We seek to provide opportunities for all employees to reach their full potential for the mutual benefit of the successful individual and the children in the school. As a school we pride ourselves on our core Christian values as recently recognised by OFSTED:

“Friendly and caring school atmosphere, which reflects the positive school ethos and values, ensuring that students feel safe and valued”

Our Mathematics department currently consists of a dedicated team of specialist teachers who teach across the age and ability range. Mathematics is a successful subject within the school and at Key Stage 4 we offer Statistics as an option. The Maths team is highly successful and passionate about their subject. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled practitioner to join this effective and supportive department. NQTs are more than welcome to apply.

Further details and application packs are available from the school and completed application forms should be returned by 1pm Friday 23rd March 2018.
